I have no problem with animals in stores as long as they are behaved. Most animals are better behaved than some of the human filth that shops at these places

No one wants your F-ing dog at the grocery store!!! Get it through your thick entitled skull. A lot of people from up North think this is acceptable for whatever weird reason. I assume grocery stores in New Jersey must be 3rd world markets with the amount of people that think dogs in stores is ok.

Quite honestly, the shit children spread around are probably nastier than the pets bc the pocket pets are the ones being brought in and carried. Kids who cough and snot on everything, don't take showers, not washing hands after the restroom. I don't get the hate when people can be just as nasty if not more so.

I would take the dog a thousand times over the kids who slammed into me while I was attempting to pick up a couple things a month after knee surgery (with a cane), or the teenagers who hang out at the the grocery store in their daisy dukes with their ass cheeks hanging out.

Guys I love animals. But please stop the lie that they r cleaner than people. My kid has never licked their butthole, eaten their own vomit, rolled in garbage, chewed dead rotted creatures. We all love our pets. Follow the LAW. Pets stay out of grocery stores. It isn't that hard

Unless its a service animal, yeah pets should stay at home. Its dangerous to bring your pets to the store for them and you and others. Service animals are trained and there to do a job and wont bother people.

Literally. Service dogs are one thing. Bringing your everyday pet into public stores is ridiculous. Our son got bit at the Lego store right after Thanksgiving. An older couple in their mid 60’s had two dogs in a store so packed there was a line to get in. They weren’t service dogs. Security footage confirmed my son didn’t approach the dog or try touch it. It just jumped at him and bit him.

I adore dogs, but if your dog is not a service animal, leave them at home!

I take my small service dog almost everywhere. In stores he sits quietly on his blanket in the kids seat of the cart. Apologies to anyone we offend.

I got someone kicked out of an Olive Garden once for bringing their dog inside. One of my proudest accomplishments.

I call people out when I see this. Their excuse is usually “I have anxiety!” or some other cowardly nonsense. So I make them the center of attention in the grocery store. Figure that might help their anxiety a little. Selfish jerks.

I was in a coffee shop the other day and a lady brought in an adorable puppy that she placed on the table and allowed to run around on the surface. I love dogs but they definitely don’t belong everywhere.

Within the last year at outdoor seating of a restaurant, I saw 2 bloody dog fights, a dog eat somebody's food off the table, numerous people feeding their dogs the food with the restaurant's fork, and 3 times a dog took a huge stinky dump right in the middle of the patio
