I’m not LeBron, but I am a father; & I’m willing to die for mine. I get approaching SAS as a father, but he wasn’t “only” protecting his seed. He was speaking on behalf of another professional athlete who SAS is paid to analyze. Granted, Bronny gets criticized more than any other 55th pick of the draft, but he also gets more love, money, & opportunity than any other too thanks to his father’s greatness. Even Pops on Friday said, “let him be a man”, when Craig fought Debo. That’s what Bron has to do. Could you imagine the outrage if Lavar Ball ran up on the Biggest voice in sports? This is what makes me laugh about you idiots on X who jump in my comments on a daily basis…… Bronny James played in the McDonald’s All-American game following his senior year of high school. He was the best SHOOTER on the court by FAR, scoring 15 points and shooting 5/8 from 3-point range. He went to USC. He was projected to be a one-and-done player. He dropped dead from sudden cardiac arrest prior to his first practice. Emergency staff at the scene was able to bring him back with CPR. 99% of basketball players would have never touched a basketball again. Bronny returned to the court after just four months. The normal recovery time for his heart trauma was/is about 2 years. He joined the USC basketball team, and completed the season while suffering physically, mentally, and emotionally. If you have never dropped dead, then you will never understand the mental impact of this experience. I don’t give a crap about his college stats for obvious reasons…..nor did NBA GM’s. —————————————————— Following the season, he declared for the NBA Draft. He attended the NBA Draft combine along with 77 other collegiate players. Out of 78 players at the combine, Bronny was the 2nd best shooter in shooting drills. I am attaching live video of Bronny going through shooting drills at the combine in front of NBA Coaches and GM’s. It takes THOUSANDS of reps to shoot like this under PRESSURE. THOUSANDS. 85% of the guards in the NBA can’t shoot like this on the run. KD argued with me on this app that defenses are better than ever now… He asked LeBron on the Mind the Game if defenses are better now and Bron responded, “no, not in a sense I don’t want to say more creative. It’s a switch league now, everyone wants to switch.” Bron might lie about his legacy on his podcast but he has a good on court IQ. He was spot-on with this take, today’s league defenses are VERY simple. Switch everything is how random guys at a pick up game play. Bronny James Highlights vs Clippers : 17 Points 6-10 FG 3-5 3PT 5 Rebounds 5 Assists +5 +/- Bronny was easily the best player on both ends for the Lakers tonight. When he comes off the floor the Lakers Summer League team, they just look really bad. And as soon as he is inserted back, the team gets life once again, very impressed by how much he grew his game confidence wise. Dalton Knecht really stunk up the Summer League which I feel helped Bronny in a way because he had to take over as the main guy since Dalton could not just find anything at all to get going.
