LED vs CRT.

This is why CRTs look better. CRTs have gaussian blur automatically. Digital displays do not. Now give me likes

AAA Clock is compatible with: ✔️ Nintendo Switch ™ ✔️Nintendo Switch ™ Lite ✔️Nintendo Switch ™ OLED ✔️All flat TV screens 🕐 #AAAClock #indiedev #indiegame #IndieGameDev #nintendo #OLED #switchOLED #NintendoSwitch

Now OLED’s individually project the light per pixel

This is nonsense. CRT does not look better than LED or OLED. The phosphorous material (three colors) has an after glow you can excite a CRT with a laser pen and witness it. Sure Sony made Trinitron which had like the highest contrast but in general CRTs reflect light, are not full dark (takes a while after being switched off) if you pay attention and the pixels definitely bleed, because afterglow of pixels is the principal phenomenon used to create the image.

K now I need a 50” ultra wide CRT

Love dudes like this. Just nerd out and I will listen and try to follow.

This makes the old tube tv seem even more advanced then modern tvs. I was always amazed when I was a kid how these boxes in my living room could show me anything you could imagine.

They should update the tech and build a 1080 CRT.

You’re just gonna need OLED with 240hz refresh and blow away any CRT experience input lag and all

CRTs are great because you can say dramatic statements like “I did 10 years in the tech industry with an electron gun pointed at my head”

first of all this shit would take like an hour & 10 replays to fundamentally/technically understand what he’s saying with all those graphs & figures injected lol but i still get it 👌🏽 seems like crt graphically rendered while LED projects light at you and it’s less defined
