@joegrand If that timeline holds, it’s the strongest case yet for multisig across brands: a tampered device can sit quietly for a year, and a 2-of-3 setup means one bad device still can’t spend anything.

@joegrand yeah, things are going in a way that push ppl towards multisig

@joegrand so the implant needed a screen to read from? Tangem cards have no screen at all

@joegrand People don't care until they're drained.

@joegrand This is a fiasco ... Wonder why it has remained hidden for this long

@joegrand This probably isolated incident. Stop fudding for headlines

@joegrand opened it for a battery swap and found an antenna. tangem has no seed phrase to leak anyway

@joegrand a smaller battery, extra wiring and an antenna is a lot to hide inside one device. a Tangem card has no screen, so an implant would have nothing to read from

@joegrand Aber aktuell sind nur Nano X betroffen? Oder gibt es auch schon verifizierte Nano S und Nano S Plus hacks?

@joegrand god i hate reddit

@goodc0re @joegrand And they wouldn’t share that with @DonjonLedger. How incredibly stupid

@joegrand implants found a year before anyone said a word buy hardware wallets straight from the maker, never a reseller and check the seal before you plug it in

@joegrand Okay, thanks for the late response, what an imbecile

@joegrand And here you have a tutorial:
