Lee Anderson thinks food bank users simply can’t “cook properly” and “cannot budget”. But Rishi Sunak appointed him Deputy Chair of the Conservative Party anyway. What on earth does this say about the Prime Minister’s judgement and leadership?

@bbcquestiontime Lee Anderson works at a food-bank, helping to run budgeting and cookery classes. He knows what he's talking about. Odd that no-one from Labour will take him up on his invitation to visit the food-bank and see for themselves.

@bbcquestiontime Volunteering at a good bank I can say in alot of cases Lee is correct. If people dealt with their addictions like smoking and gambling, learnt to budget and learnt to cook many wouldn't have the problems they now do have The fact you won't understand this speaks volumes about you
