There comes a time when we have to let toxic & incompetent people leave! Don’t renew their term if you are their line manager or just tell them to leave because they are not there to serve but to further their politics. As a leader, you are appointed to serve the country/company/institution and not to serve yourself. When a leader is accused of staff turnover then we must ask about the quality of the people who left. If the leader is accused of bullying we must ask what the allegedly bullied people were doing to be bullied like that. Leadership is NOT for sissies!
