- 6F guide allows 4.0 mm Papyrus *plus an extra wire* - Jailed Cx wire v helpful as marker - Next time (!) would use angled microcatheter not straight - MC balloon and stent pass easily after 2/4

Long term data to ponder 🤔 3/4

Most important observation - it helps to work with the best colleagues on the planet - some tagged above 🙂 4/end

Nice job We demonstrated it on bench

Great visuals thanks

Great case! I left a very good visible Fielder XT in a side branch in same case of LAD/D1-perforation, also CP12 for fenestration, but via dual lumen microcatheter Congratulations!

great point on radio-opacity

Thanks for sharing-- these cases are always "rich emotional experiences". The long term data from Europe are very sobering. Covered stents are not a panacea.

Great save! Have used CP12 in similar situations to puncture back into SB. No Jailing a wire behind a covered stent may pose difficulty in retrieving. I have found that quickly placing a short stent in the proximal SB before covered stent can help target the CP12 for puncture.

Placing a stent target a good option agree
