Somebody is in a lot of trouble with some very bad people.

So someone downstairs on a bus films themselves going up the stairs directly to a package that just happened to be there and was sealed but contained what appears to be money. Why did they film it? Do they film this every day? How did they know to go straight to that seat?Etc etc
