Keir Starmer, "The BMA voting for strike action is irresponsible" Surely it is irresponsible to under the NHS to the point that we have had almost 1,000,000 patients treated in corridors this year? Keir Starmer and Wes Streeting have underfunded key parts of the NHS, if it was funded properly, we wouldn't have hospitals overwhelmed with flu right now Also, other doctors will be covering BMA doctor shifts, as is always the case in a strike - so surely it is irresponsible for Starmer to say they're being irresponsible, when they're striking to improve patient care? Beware of any politician that pits you against doctors, one of them will look after you no matter what, the other will drop you whenever political winds change

To my Yoruba friends and mentors who keep calling me because of my support for Peter Obi. You too listen to him yourself, are you not impressed, motivated and convinced he’s the right man for the job. “Put all of us on a scale, let's know who we are. Let's ask question who we are. Let's verify who we are. It is important for you. Do not say because Peter Obi is from the East I will vote for him- do not vote for me because I am an Igbo man. Do not vote for anybody because he’s from the west. Do not vote for anybody because he is from the north. This is the time to vote a human being who has conscience and trust.”

This man and his wife have a newborn baby and are excited I take it home. The mother has been discharged, but the hospital will not release the baby until the doctor discharges it. They are telling the father he can go home until the baby is discharged. Who would leave their newborn baby, and why does a doctor have rights over your child if it's born healthy with no problems? Is this an overreach of power, and what would you do? I'd have an issue if there's no reason or the baby is completely healthy.
