Passengers should be responsible for their luggages. 1 lakh plus missing luggages is too much. While Railways are doing their best, people should know their responsibilities. That way it removes unwanted stress on Railway personnel.

139 - is as useful as a sweater in hot summer... I have had enough experience with them... IVRS makes you wait for 10 min at least , by the time it needs to connect to the staff, it'll be disconnected... Better to raise an issue in railways portal... They only call us!
