Leftist prosecutors in Texas are refusing to enforce the law - letting repeat violent offenders/creeps back on the street and putting innocent Texans at risk. A small % drive violent crime, and the answer is simple: enforce the law, remove woke DAs, and put bad guys in jail.

We cannot allow this cycle to continue. With my legislation, Logan’s Law, the public will know when judges and prosecutors give the white glove treatment to violent, repeat offenders.

Texas attorney says, “Forcefully entering a church building while individuals are worshipping to protest is against the law. That does not fall under First Amendment protections.” He then asks why we are even bothering discussing the law with these protesters and people like Don Lemon. They don’t care about the law. They defend illegals who break the law by coming into the US. The only way to get these protesters to stop is to enforce the law. Arrest and jail the protesters who invaded the church in Minnesota.
