Yes on the videos we have so far. The initial encounter was him filming them. There was no gun being brandished. They jumped out of vehicles to go to try to intimidate him. Unfortunately there's no video yet between then and when they had them on the ground. When they had him on the ground they were pistol whipping him, at first it looked like a baton, but it's actually a gun. They had him down with at least five officers. You got to wait for a second so he tried to stand up they shot him in the back he was motionless after they shot him in the back. Then there were four more shots or more after that unloaded into his body from a posture of standing above him. Not a defensive posture. He's supposedly has a gun. It looks like ICE took something out of a holster. So it's likely that he did have a HOLSTERED GUN in an open carry state that is not a reason to shoot someone to death. He was not brandishing it -- again it was his camera. That was the reason for the initial approach was to intimidate him about his camera. It is perfectly legal to film ice This is out not murder once again. Now there is some sort of speculation on social that a gun was dropped and a bullet went off. That would be the ICE AGENTS who took the gun out of his holster. I'll post some videos for people to see in the order that they happened.

🚨Another day, another video of ICE agents illegally demanding a U.S. citizen prove their citizenship, in Brownsville, TX. In the video, ICE agents have a U.S. citizen boxed in with their vehicles. After demanding that he show his ID, the U.S. citizen asks if he is free to go, and then tells them to get the F away from his car. Instead of going back to their own cars, the agents tell him to “chill”… after they had already illegally detained him and demanded identification. The U.S. citizen then gets out of his car, to record the agents’ license plates, and one of the ICE agents has the audacity to say: “Sir, please don’t interfere with our investigations.” Interfere with what investigation? He WAS the investigation. If they’re letting him leave, then there is nothing left for him to “interfere” with. Recording government agents, in public, is protected by the First Amendment, and they don’t get to invent an “investigation” to discourage someone from filming. And this is becoming a pattern. ICE agents are stopping whoever they want… and demanding papers. But that is not how constitutional rights work. ICE didn’t have reasonable suspicion that he had committed an immigration violation… since he is a U.S. citizen. So, detaining him, and demanding that he identify himself, violates his Fourth Amendment rights. U.S. citizens are not required to prove their citizenship, to any law enforcement, simply because they were stopped and questioned. And that’s what makes these encounters so dangerous. When U.S. citizens refuse to comply with these unlawful demands, we’ve repeatedly seen ICE agents escalate the situation with physical force. Citizens have been shoved, dragged from vehicles, pinned to the ground, and pepper sprayed after refusing unlawful demands, or asserting their constitutional rights. And a right isn’t a right if exercising it means you risk being assaulted by the very government that’s supposed to protect it. This isn’t just about immigration anymore. It’s about whether every American can exercise their constitutional rights without fearing they’ll be met with intimidation, violence, or retaliation from federal agents. And this all happened in a busy gas station parking lot… In the video, a person is recording while walking toward the sidewalk… When suddenly, an ICE agent draws his firearm, turns around, and points his gun directly at the unarmed U.S. citizen. And just to be clear… No one was attacking him, rushing toward him, or even armed with any sort of weapon. In fact, no one was even close enough to pose an immediate physical threat. Then, the agent, with his gun still drawn, orders a car to move. As it backs up, he recklessly sweeps his loaded firearm across multiple unarmed people… including a MINOR… who are standing on a public sidewalk, legally record from a distance. The person filming keeps asking… “What’s the threat?” Because the video clearly doesn’t show one. Moments later, the same agent points his gun at the person filming, AGAIN. Then, a shirtless man walks around the vehicle to see what’s happening, and the agent immediately points the gun at him, too. At this point, a second ICE agent is seen, standing on the side of the car, with HIS gun drawn, too. And after all of that… The man, they were demanding papers from, walks away because he wasn’t undocumented. And the ICE agents get into their car and leave. Federal officers are trained to draw their firearms only when they reasonably believe there is an imminent threat of death, or serious bodily harm. Every time a loaded firearm is pointed at someone, there is a risk of a tragic mistake… especially in a public place where innocent bystanders could be caught in the middle. And once again… recording federal agents, from a public place, is protected by the First Amendment, so long as you are not interfering with their duties. Eric Latiff posed a very simple and straightforward question to the gentleman from Tseikuru this morning. Why should Kenyans vote for you to be President? It was a basic question that required a clear, convincing answer about his vision, agenda, leadership record, and what he intends to do differently for Kenyans. But he failed to answer it. A 15 year old boy was hired to shovel part of a driveway for a local business. He spent hours doing it with a shovel. When it was time to pay up, the worker just offered him a plate of food instead of the $100 that they originally agreed upon. It wasn’t until the video was posted on social media and the owner received massive backlash from the community that he spoke out and claimed it was an employee that did it and offered to pay the boy.
