The suspect has been identified as Shamsud Din Jabbar, 42. Jabbar was born in the US & was a veteran. Additionally, the truck was rented on Turo. It did not cross the border 2 days ago, but on Nov 16, 2024, and it had been driven by someone else per Fox News.
