Legitimately the coolest thing ever

How the fuck did we go from movies like this to Rings of power? Its just sad...

Back when men made movies. You know exactly what I mean by that.

This was the last great epic film to be made. You would never see any modern film maker going to these lengths to make their vision for a project come true. It is all green screen and AI manipulation now. Thank you Mr. Jackson.

I could watch stuff like this all day, especially about LoTR

“They were so terrible, u had to banish it from my mind” 🤣🤣🤣 Hilarious!

So cool. Never see movies of this calibre again. Real film making.

“They were so terrible, I had to banish it from my mind”

I guess that's what film makers do when they actually care

little did the crowd know…they were actually summoning a demon!!!

Cricket or football ⚽️ match chants will blow your mind if you’ve never heard them in person

Absolute cinema ✋🏼😐🤚🏼

I could listen to Peter Jackson talk about his art & process for hours. Facts like these are my favorite thing about cinema. They don't make movies like this anymore; the passion and dedication that the entire cast and crew showed for this series is once in a lifetime.

What the fuck happened to movies man

The fact you could watch this film anf know youre an aussie in the sound of the film is awesome.

My uncle was there, I should probably get him to sign my lotr autograph book 🤣

Now this would be done by AI, shame.

The story deserved that

if this movie was not made when it was made, by the people who made it, and in the place it was made......i dont think it could have been. it is so special in that.

I’m pretty sure this is what Kanye did with - well you know the song I’m talking about

sheer fucking brilliance

I remember this moment. Still brings a tear to my eyes.

But why was he barefooted out there on the cricket field? Hobbit LARPing? Talk about dedication!

Was at this game with my homies

All this effort for what is a few moments in a 3 hour film. This is why lotr trilogy is the greatest of all time. Plus it promotes the movie to the 25 thousand people. A win all around.

Where do you find a thousand orcs? Orc City Cricket Stadium.

This trilogy really was lightning in a bottle. We will never get a movie trilogy crafted with such expertise and attention to detail ever again.

Damn, I might watch lord of the rings now lol I’ve never seen them 😬😁

@Choc611 genius

@theemmagloam

PJ made 3 stunning films, like nothing before or since. Game of Thrones captured. Rise of Skywalker utterly failed with Palpatine's Sith crowd, never seen or heard properly.

@coleslaw176

So cool but imagine trying to do this today. It would be on the internet before the game was over 😭 so much for quality surprise anymore
