He should get an English translator or learn English for god sake. High Court will have judges from across the country and that's why English is mandatory. If he wants hindi he should argue in lower courts. Not in a higher court.

Those who are supporting Hindi go fight against English in international. Hindi is only a regional language. Don't try to rub Hindi as mandatory to learn/speak over India.

That is why we need strict rules in the judiciary. Some judges think they are the supreme because no one can act against them. The Delhi judge case shows this. It was not just a loss for the lawyer but also for the petitioner. It is shameful.
