Branded titles aren't necessarily lemons. Some may have had some sort of totaling damage and been otherwise fine. Sent back to the manufacturer and repaired to assembly line standards. Not all but a good amount its about doing good research on the vehicle before you purchase

California has a ridiculously strict lemon law, where anything "wrong" can be demanded to be returned and the vehicle is manufacturer refurbished with records if you contact them directly. So, do your research for the real story

There’s dealers everywhere that only sell salvaged titles, most are to be avoided at all costs. But if you do know what you’re doing in regards to possibly fixing it up or diagnosing problems yourself you can get lucky once in a while. Just know you got no real warranty.

The problem is: mofo car lots and dealers are pricing them exactly like they are not and with a clean title. I was just looking at one not 5 minutes ago.
