Lemmy explaining why he's different than other bass players! \M/

In other words he played guitar on a bass.

My dad done a lot of work for Lemmy when I was a kid. He would come to our house to settle up and always stayed for a chat. My brother and I would hide in the hallway. I do t know why we hid. He was just a very big character to two young kids.

Jeez I was looking forward to hearing Lemmy do ‘Dreaming Of You’ by The Coral when that started.

Kinda needed this tonight thank you.

@Paumoodsofdday Because he’s God

Very few sounds in Life that will get your adrenaline pumping faster than the sound of Lemmiesters Bass..GAS!

Was the camera man Stevie wonder...so him working the strings man

I highly admire Lemmy and I will proudly say that he was an influence on me when I was 14 years old and learning to play the bass and right along with Geddy Lee and Cliff Burton too!

Except other bass players don’t sound like what he apparently thought they sounded like. Lemmy had a sound that stood out, but he’s nowhere on my list of best bassists.
Lemmy is playing on stage and shouts to the sound engineer. "Do you hear a horrible noise coming from my speaker?" asked Lemmy. The sound engineer listened and replied. "No, I don't." "Then turn me up!" shouted Lemmy. (Tony Iommi's book Iron Man)
