He has a good one.. only thing I’d do differently is let the roux cook down in that stock longer before adding seafood and protein. (The longer the better) You don’t have to add seafood if you’re allergic. Switch the seafood stock to chicken stock and make and chicken and sausage gumbo

Forget egg white bread. These are 10 times easier to make and 10 times tastier. Probably 2x times more costly too but you get what you pay for. Two ingredient carnivore butter biscuits: 1 cup powdered butter 1 egg Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Outside texture: 9 Inside texture: 7 Taste: 8 Simplicity: 10 Piled the dough high thinking it would make up for lack of baking powder. The height was good but the center kind of underdone. Will make them thinner next time. The texture is somewhere between muffin and biscuit.
