This is one of the most insidious and destructive tenets of critical race theory—the teaching that if you, as a white person, have ANY type of reaction to CRT dogma, other than full-throated acceptance, that is yet further PROOF of your racism. If you say “I’m not racist,” it’s proof of racism. If you get upset or defensive, it’s proof of racism. If you push back in any way or—God forbid—shun the Church of CRT, it’s proof of racism. It goes without saying, but ideology like that 👆leaves no room for free speech, no room for discourse, no room for finding a workable solution that incorporates all Americans, no room for experiences or voices of anyone who’s not black. It ONLY serves to divide us further, because it deals with perceived racism by inflicting…additional racism. But of course, that’s precisely the point: As Kendi states in his trash HOW TO BE AN ANTI-RACIST, “The only remedy to past discrimination is present discrimination. The only remedy to present discrimination is future discrimination.” Anyone with a brain and a soul can see that 👆is a recipe for CONTINUOUS and NEVER-ENDING discrimination. But my guess is that’s precisely the point.
