this video is so dope. when you talk game sense is it that he's not actively thinking about the drive gauge and meter management to get his goals but that he's so in tune with the game, by putting in time, he's making these optimal decisions?

its a little column A and a little column B. like im sure he didnt think of all the things i said in the video - but knowing the game super well means the optimal decisions flow more naturally without consciously thinking about every option. like there’s no way he could’ve known the throw would be the make or break for building level 2 on the end combo - but playing optimally means situations like that tend to break in your favor rather than against your favor
