Why do you keep locking accounts for no valid reasons? I do not violate snap rules or spam on my acc but I get locked whenever my followers counts starts getting high on there, all I do on there is just post my dogs and send snaps to my friends there. @Snapchat @snapchatsupport

Why can’t i deactivate my account? Every time I enter the password all it does is refresh the page it doesn’t give me a pop up saying my account is deactivated or anything and I reset my password multiple times I know my password was entered correctly. @snapchatsupport
