Newly-released footage shows the moment a Coast Guard helicopter rescued two people who were trapped on their motorhome roof amid Texas’ devastating flooding on July 4. The rampant Hill Country floods have killed at least 82 people, including at least 68 in Kerr County, where this rescue took place. At least 10 children who were at the county’s Camp Mystic remain missing. The Texas Department of Emergency Management said more than 520 people have been rescued from the floods. A flood watch remains in the area through Monday evening.
