Does she know that Government doesnโt employ educated people? The pharas helped themselves post 1994 and they have been gatekeeping Government since! And when and educated people are there they get rid of them. Like Bo Mbeki le no Montlanthe.

Kubi ๐คง

Kakhuluโฆ we canโt just force ourselves into โgapsโ ๐! We want to be lectures, Wits only hires foreigners? What must people do?

Just like that Gayton and Kenny are in gvt! ๐คท๐ฝโโ๏ธ

Thinking about those two Bantintis who filled the gap.

@AyandaAllie What kind of country do you want?? And are you willing to fight for it? โฅ๏ธโฅ๏ธโฅ๏ธ

Ayanda Allie is a really great public servant... ...but I'm seeing a lot of people applauding her for this clip. Does this mean you guys will be joining politics?! Or are you just applauding & you'll go on to business as usual and let criminals run politics?

She got my attention ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅsome serious self introspection and reflection

Sheโs onto something !

Accurate analogy.

Silawulwa ngamaPhara NGOK๐ญ๐ญ๐ญ

Kenny Kunene and Gayton filled that gap

Hello @GaytonMcK , how are you today?

The problem is not unwillingness but old people who are gatekeepers. Every organization has its youth wings, very capable, but ke... some old leaders have been there since the down of democracy, but they haven't built nothing ๐คทโโ๏ธ

True. Many have hung-up their corporate badges to serve their country, but were unfortunately battered and bruised by the poisoned system. The rot is deep and cancerous - systemic. No individual decision can shake it. She knows it too. That's why she screams from the side.

She is a master chef this one, ๐ฅ๐ฅ

The traffic lights are not working. The infrastructure is getting dilapidated, Who cares about unemployed graduates. All they are told is Cassper does not have a matric. The silence of potential leaders is collapsing this country.

iPhara is actually the one that created the vacuum so he can fill it. They deliberately disconnect traffic lights in order to be self appointed pointmen & earn tips from motorists. Not taking anything away from point raised, yona itโs very valid. Nature doesnโt allow vacuum. ๐

love listening to people who make great points

Masterchef at work please do not disturb.

@Julius_S_Malema they talking about your kind filling the vacuum. Superior Logic gang

This lady is absolutely on point! Politics determines everything that happen in our lives from birth to death. Despite how important it is, we pay less attention to it. For instance, a proof that one is born and alive is a birth cert from govt(political structure), a proof someone is no more is death certificate (from same govt), in between, all our academic achievements is non-existent if the govt says they do not exist. The only proof to show we are qualified is the certificate issued by govt backed institutions of the country. The cost of food, shelter, water running into your home, electricity in your house, quality of life and education for your children, income per capital, GDP, longevity indices, is a function of policies from the govt. So politics is very critical and we must all pay attention to it . The best of us must get into politics if we want to build a country and nation we are proud of. Without it, everyone must brace up for a chaotic society run my the worst of us. This remind me of law of cause and effect. โMy country: future nowโ

She is 100% right, but there is Gwede Mantashe in South Africa.

They unalive those who can or there's a Salivan who will Phahlane you ๐คฆ๐พโโ๏ธ

Man Patriotism. People simply are not patriotic enough. Iโll give an example of the US man Americans are patriotic AF they will support their president even if he is messing up. Hereโฆ. Itโs a different story. We have the power to truly change the outcomes of this country.

Ramaphosa Is Already Filling That Gap, He Has No Interest Whatsoever ๐

Case and point GaytonMcK ! He saw no political is fighting illegal immigrants

Abo Mbalula

Damn she cooked ๐ฅ๐

Zimbabweans ... this is for us; this lady is hitting right on the spot. Majority of people with a bigger voice in Zimbabwe are quiet, yet they are feeling the pinch of EVIL Mnangagwa's DESPOTIC rule. This is why we are having Tshabangu on the high table. RISE UP AND BE HEARD

Ons baiza nie.

She is cooking

The biggest problem is political parties, because when you join and stand for principles they change you to party secret principles, when you are employed in departments by qualifications politicians give you a mandate of what must happen. I hear her though....

I worked in government, I left. The ones above you feel threatened by your education then they start to sideline you.

Y'all refused to be part of politics. Now cry about it? Nah. You CREATED this mess by your ABSENCE.
