@HEBobiwine I feel happy when Barbie speaks Kinyarwanda, a language similar to my local language, Rufumbira. I don't find any trouble Kulayigye officiating at a Bafumbira event in Rufumbira so long as he can speak it well. I bet if the event was for Baganda, he would use Luganda.
