I was one of the two Blacks working at a Graphics plant in New Jersey when this happened. I ended up getting transferred back to our NYC office as a Messenger. "Those folks" didn't keep their racist mouths shut. So, neither did I.

Good. It was truly unbelievable that happened in the year of 1985.

Because this was terrorism, plain and simple, committed by the government. I’d love to see someone like Ava DuVernay, Stanley Nelson, or even a new generation of Black filmmakers take this on. Netflix has no problem funding endless crime docs—why did we not put resources into exposing real, systemic crimes like MOVE?
