I agree and also, having only white refs was so big of a set back that it made me go out of my way to actually learn what fits me and understand that sometimes the expectations for black man are severely different I hope younger people get better examples than I did

I can relate this but for a different reason, I am Asian and my skins are tans, not only most Asian representation are white skin but any representation of trans is basically next to non existent I grow up around white trans representation and when I was young I genuinely wish-

EVERY TRANS PERSON ESPECIALLY WITH DIFFERENT RACES DESERVE MORE REPRESENTATION NOW LOUDER FOR THE PEOPLE IN THE BACK

This is why it's so important to me to make characters that fit these things, I love making characters of a bunch of different races/ethnicities and sexualities and genders to represent the underrepresented

As a white trans guy, I do agree there's not enough representation of non white trans guys too. I also agree we do not need to limit ourselves in self expression just to fit in with what society views is a man. I label myself as a "femboy" because, well, I'm a boy that-

As someone who has been considering having a more masc physique, all the research I’ve seen is with… white transmen It’s not inherently a bad thing, but as someone who doesn’t have a conventional body type nor am I white, it can be a little isolating

i’m a fem gay trans man & it took me a long while i find my current in a sea of white tboy rep. i was overwhelmed by the trans manosphere’s (trans)misogyny & demoralized by other black tboys attempting to invalidate or dismiss my manhood as “not trans enough” bc im fem. truly sad
