There is a big difference between godliness and religion: Religion is upheld by doctrines while godliness is upheld by spirituality. Godliness authors oneness while religion authors classicism. It's same classicism that makes other people feel inferior and end up establishing relevance through establishing their empire. Godliness preaches love while religion preaches control. Religion is low-key slavery but godliness ís freedom. It's a pity how some men of God keep on sharing their own opinions in the name of revelations. Those same opinions are the ones initiating such breakaways because everyone feels they know better than. If the scripture is one, why are we failing to be in one place in one accord? By the way, Jesus never preached religion but godliness. Jesus never promised the establishment of religion when is gone but godliness through the Holy Spirit.

Again, the video is a piece of history in so little detail as to be taken seriously.

I’m a Methodist and there’s no history that say John Wesley didn’t like Anglican Church, Wesley was a priest and died an Anglican priest. Methodist was a movement writhin Anglican and only became a church after Wesley demise.
