Vapes probablysaved my life. I smoked 45 a day for 30+ years, I tried patches, hypnotherapy, cold turkey ( many many times), Zoloft etc etc etc but had no hope. I got a vape in which I mixed in my own nicotine, made it weaker and weaker until I was able to give up.
