The 75th Ranger Regiment took home this year's trophy (in addition to Best Mortar and Best Ranger). Fittingly, the combatives competition is named after one of their own, the late Staff Sgt. Pedro Lacerda, who was influential in developing the Ranger Regiment’s and the Army’s Combatives programs. His legacy lives on in every warrior who steps into the fight. 📸 Daniel Marble

Pakistan Army and Air Force Joint Firepower Demonstration A spectacular joint firepower demonstration was conducted by the Pakistan Army and Air Force for the cadets of the Pakistan Military Academy at the Tilla Field Firing Range, Jhelum. The demonstration showcased a practical display of war strategies, defense capabilities, firepower, and the seamless coordination of communication networks. The Special Services Group, Army Aviation, and Air Defense units delivered an impressive performance, further highlighting the strength and precision of Pakistan’s armed forces. Senior military officials, PMA cadets, and students attended the event and highly appreciated the practical demonstration of operational excellence. As part of their training, the cadets also visited the National Counter Terrorism Center in Pabbi, where they observed live training exercises. Additionally, the cadets toured Kharian to inspect modern weapons and military equipment. This firepower demonstration formed an integral part of the PMA cadets’ war exercise training. Following the live demonstration, the cadets also received specialized instruction in operational warfare.
