Harvey Levin says the latest letter sent to TMZ isn’t a ransom note but a demand for one bitcoin in exchange for the alleged kidnapper’s identity: “This letter that we got this morning is not a ransom letter. It is a letter saying that the person who wrote it knows the identity of the kidnapper, and for the price of one bitcoin, that person will disclose the information. The person gives a bitcoin address. We have checked it all day so far, and there is no bitcoin that has been deposited. If this is a hoax, it’s a crime. A choice to prioritise health. A choice to recognise that no country can address today’s health challenges alone. A choice to work through World Health Organization (WHO), not only as an institution, but as a shared platform for shared action. I thank you for that choice.

As ADA reserves decrease over time, transaction volume needs to step up to fund staking rewards for users and SPOs. Leios allows Cardano to safely scale to provide that capacity without losing the determinism we hold near and dear. Even the early stages of this rollout will support a few thousand TPS, giving the network massive headroom to exceed the 50 TPS needed to be fully self-sustaining. Endorsement Blocks (EB) - These blocks reference multiple Input Blocks and are used by nodes to validate and vote on the readiness of transactions for inclusion in the blockchain. Votes- Nodes cast votes to achieve consensus on the state of the ledger, enhancing the speed of transaction finality. I believe this is completely off-chain so does not incur transaction costs (Someone keep me honest please) Keep an eye on the diffusion latency chart, as Duncan mentions this is very important, this refers more to time taken for propagation of information across the network I believe. It's going to be extremely impactful to Cardano and I will share as much as I can about it, I really like seeing these visualisations especially during a prototyping stage. Some of the money it generates flows back to the wider al-Qaeda network, which remains a significant concern for us. I am noticing a few large accounts stating falsely that I claimed there was a raid on Tulsi Gabbard’s office by the CIA. This is completely false. There is no clip or statement that exists. Why is there an orchestrated push for this narrative? Not one account can post a clip of me saying that cause it never happened. When Congress is notified of conflicting narratives from different agencies, i.e., the CIA and ODNI, it is our job to follow through to ensure documents are preserved and not destroyed. This is not an issue with Ratcliffe or Gabbard. For people to act like the CIA doesn’t have a history of destroying documents is BIZARO-WORLD. Watch the clip for yourself.
