As a Ex-Uber staff, I can tell you the minute you request a ride we have all the data. So whether the driver starts or does not start the ride we have the data from request to finish or whether it was stopped midway. Just thought to throw this in here. Stay safe!

The advice should be make sure that's the right car,driver and watch the road where the driver is going to be sure you are going to your destination most ladies just relax at the back pressing phone.

Something doesn’t add up, every request has details of the driver, you made mentioned that she was on her phone through the journey so if the driver hasn’t started the trip she should alert the driver moreover uber has an office in Accra so they can retrieve the information.
