So what I am basically saying is here is the origin of Laplace transforms, why Laplace took to the equation and why he strongly believed in perturbation theory stating that the planet has some forces from other planets that distorts it a little . Stating that this perturbation causes a little change which cannot be ignored… Kepler on the other hand had already stated that the planet was elliptical in shape but if this shape held it means all properties in the universe must remain the same irrespective of small changes…. Laplace on this note had he view on perturbation theory and of course relating small changes into that of the whole universe. Additionally, I chioma oji also thinks that Laplace is right, I mean with his laplacian formula I am now able to break down heavy ODE’s without having to initiate complex identities… Well, like in my previous video it’s all about input and output and eliminating the periodic part of the functions..
