Yes. This isn't what mating looks like and they appear to both be female (though hard to tell with the low res video)

No, it is not. Mating is very different. Additionally, it's a bit difficult to tell since it's a low resolution video, but these appear to both be female.

No, that's just its legs and isopods usually only do it when starving + mostly eat the corpses/dead first.
