Enough is enough. HMO properties (Houses of Multiple Occupation) crammed with illegal immigrants - part of the 750 currently across Runcorn - are making life a misery for local residents. This cannot go on. Reform UK will put a stop to this, take back control of our borders, enforce proper policing on our streets, and restore safety and pride to our communities. Reform UK promised voters they would cut council tax. Yet in the councils they now run, council tax has gone up. It’s a familiar story. Reform is made up of many of the same failed Tories who spent 14 years overpromising and underdelivering for communities like ours.

Coalfield Communities. Today in the Chamber Labour MPs spoke at length about the destruction of our coal mining industry. The MP for Whitehaven spoke about his desire for jobs in his area. I reminded him that there is a coal mine in his area that is ready to open and provide 600 jobs for local people. Have a listen to his response - he called me a populist. BTW this mine would provide 600 jobs at circa £60k for local people in an area desperate for well paid jobs. Only Reform UK would use common sense and allow this mine to open. British Coal to make British Steel
