4 DAY SHOOTING RESET: Day 1 This 4 day reset aims to help players slow down and reinforce their shot. It’s really helpful for Great Shooters that love to be detailed, but also if you aren’t a great shooter to help you build your foundation. Day 1 is about finding our stance (load position) and feeling the sequencing of our shot. The Load Position is the foundation of our shot. A players understanding and feel for their stance is HUGE.
