There’s nothing to suggest that Eamonn knew about the runner at this point, Phil only came out as gay because the runner wanted to make it public but he was hushed! Remember Eamonn never worked on This Morning at the same time as Phil, he was used to cover Fridays and half terms

I was so confused when he came out as gay because it’s been common knowledge since the 90’s. His wife also knew about the arrangement so it wasn’t a shock to her or his daughters. Totally baffled 🤦🏻‍♀️
