NDC’s 2024 manifesto promised drainage systems, flood reservoirs, engineering solutions. Mahama personally said he “will not rest” until flooding is fixed. Accra flooded June 3, 2026. The manifesto is 18 months old. Accra is still underwater. Words are cheap in every party.
