We inherited a 0-10 team from 23 in the spring of 24. Too late to recruit. Went 1-9 our first season… but the culture shifted. We started recruiting DOGS… started off 4-1 lost by 1 possession in 3 games including 2OT thriller. We finished regular szn 6-4 with a Beach Bowl invite. GOD IS AMAZING!!! And our players and coaching staff buy in and believe in that. Jobs not done on this year… but best believe… We are back on the path and in the hunt for an 11-0 season next year… COME GET RIGHT WITH THE G HOUSE. Class of 2026 and TRANSFERS, you’re on deck.

🚨🚨Video from the Mass Casualty Incident on the I-95 bridge over Lake Marion near Santee, SC. 🚨🚨 This was sent to me by Olivia Branch on Facebook. Weather nearby at Manning / Cooper Regional Airport at the time: Temp 64°F/Dewpoint 64°F - OVC001 (Overcast 100') - VIS .25 (1/4 Mile). - Also of note this observation was on the north side of Lake Marion away from the water so the conditions on the bridge above the water were probably much worse.

👀 Wow. This is the #CTRiver yesterday in Bloomfield, VT!! Video and commentary from Paul Raffenello: “Sitting in my house this afternoon I thought heard a hurricane outside. Stepping onto my porch I found the Connecticut River in full fury! An ice dam about a 1/4 mile up the river let loose. Chunks and 20' x 40' slabs were roaring by the house. You can hear on the video, crunching ice and trees on the bank cracking and being ripped from the river bank. The railroad and roadway bridges seem undamaged. There is another dam down river by the North Stratford railroad siding. Mother nature in all her glory!“

“My Sacrifice” is from Creed’s 2001 album Weathered. The track became one of the band's signature songs, reaching #18 on the Billboard Hot 100. It also topped the Mainstream Rock Tracks chart for nine consecutive weeks, reached #4 on the Mainstream Top 40, and became a major international hit, reaching the Top 10 in Australia and the Top 20 in the UK. Written by frontman Scott Stapp, the song became even more memorable for many fans when WWE used it in its acclaimed 2002 "Desire" promotional video packages.

Water rescue Haskell’s Beach 6:28pm. A 26 y/o male surfer was swept away from shore by powerful high surf after losing his board. He was surfing with a friend, who reported him missing immediately-quick action that made a huge difference . The surfer managed to grab onto a lobster trap buoy and held on while waiting rescue. An initial shore search by Santa Barbara County Fire Department personnel located the missing surfer’s surfboard washed up on the beach, confirming the situation. Fire Department teams then deployed aerial drones with infrared cameras to scan the ocean, spotting him about 1/4 mile offshore. Rescue swimmers swam out, made contact under real-time drone operator guidance, and safely escorted him back to shore. Firefighter/Paramedics evaluated him on the beach-he did not require medical attention and was released. Thanks to the quick thinking friend, our dedicated SBC Fire teams and the life-saving drone technology. Safety reminder: Never go in to the ocean alone-especially in rough conditions. It can save lives. Additional video to be posted here when available.

I am posting this on behalf of ex British Policeman, Mark Sexton M.Sexton for many reasons, not least of which I think this route he is taking against tyranny, whilst very different to mine, is a route that needed to be taken. If it resonates with you, please share it on X, and download the video, copy and paste, and repost everywhere you can. Here's Mark's message: It’s been 40 days exactly and we’ve had no acknowledgment from King Charles III to the petitions sent by many thousands of us. Please watch the video, then click on the links and read in order 1, 2, and then 3. I use a killer tool to help me create 1,000+ posts per year, while being a full-time founder. Here's the tool (and my process): Step 1: Have youdistro[.]co interview me about media, AI, entrepreneurship, fatherhood (any topics i'm passionate about/an expert on) for 10 minutes every single morning. Step 2: I create 3-4 text posts either through Distro or Claude. I schedule those out on X and Linkedin. Step 3: I download the video interview from Distro & feed it into OpusClip to create 3-4 SFV clips. I schedule those out on IG, TT, YT. Step 4: I repeat the process each day & can put out thousands of high quality pieces of content per year on the internet. P.S. I am a co-founder/advisor to Distro, but the reason I got involved is because I so badly wished I had this tool to turn me into a content machine earlier in my career
