In reality, here most likely happened: Tectone most likely mixed up the terms "community guidelines strike" and "copyright strike," and hyped himself up on a copyright strike specifically. which caused Tectone to falsley accused Hasan Piker of abusing the YouTube copyright system. To which creators on YouTube take that sort of accusation/allegation very seriously (YouTubers don't like that.)
