Let’s talk marshmallows– I think there is a right and wrong way to roast them, but that’s just me, in search of the perfect golden hue. If you need me, I’ll be by the fire. #CookWithBacon

I toast it, roast it, remove exterior and consume, and then continue to roast original marshmallow. Expert level.

Ahh Kevin, it tastes better if it catches on fire. You get a nice char taste and sweetness of the marshmallow. Now that is awesome!!!

The carbon footprint of your marshmallow is massive.

The perfect toasted marshmallow has to catch on fire at least once, briefly, to get the crispy (but not charred black but can have some brown) crunch. Inside must be hot and melty. Like this ... 😁

That's the definition of perfection Kevin! I have forgotten how good those taste and now I'll have to get a bag o' mellows and start practicing the ancient art once again!

I shove it in the fire and watch it burn then blow it out when it’s nice and black LOL that’s how I like mine roasted!!!

Watching Kevin Bacon roast a marshmellow is like watching Bob Ross paint happy little trees. 😉
