I do not but it's a lot simpler... Basically you will need to pay Bond and transfer costs as well as do a loan as you cannot just gift another entity with a property.

How about this scenario: An individual owns a property, mortgage bond not yet paid up. Now wants to transfer the property to his company. What are his financing options?

With a section 42, it will only transfer once the bond is paid up. If you do a normal transfer, with transfer costs payable, you need to let your bank know and apply for a new bond.
