I avoided mirrors, photos, even people because I couldn’t face what I had become. But then, something shifted. I made a decision. I chose to Take Charge of my life. Step by step, I fought my way back. Mentally and physically! It wasn’t easy. There were days I broke down, days I wanted to give up. But I kept pushing forward, determined to reclaim my life. And now? Not only is my body transforming, but my mind and soul feel lighter. My energy is back. My confidence is stronger. I feel alive again. “How could you let yourself get there?” Because sometimes, life falls apart when you’re too busy just trying to survive. Today is #WorldMentalHealthDay & this video is about my anxiety — that underrated, self-sabotaging illness that chips away at self-love and steals my peace when i dont face it, control it, talk about it. Everyone is fighting a battle in their mind, some big sone small. Mental health isn’t always loud or visible. Sometimes it’s that quiet whisper inside your head — the anxiety, the pressure, the feeling of not being enough. Talking changes everything. It’s the first step to healing, to rebuilding, and to taking back control of negative thought loops in your mind. Strength isn’t about pretending everything’s fine — it’s about being honest, open, and vulnerable. I’ve built a men’s community on Facebook 60,000 strong— a space where we can talk, be real, and lift each other up. It’s grown into something bigger than I ever imagined. We’ve built something real — a place where honesty, connection and support come before judgement. It became a movement, and now a charity — all built from that same belief: Vulnerability is not weakness, its strength. We need to continue to talk about whats going on in our minds with each other.. I’ve been on radio, and within my first year, my show, The Big Friday Show, won more awards than any other radio show in AFRICA at the time.. and whilst I was on air, it was the biggest radio show in the country. 🐶 I sincerely want to thank all the INSPIRITS who have once again filled the seats, both today and yesterday. Earlier, I noticed that there weren’t just Koreans, but also many people who came from overseas. I'm sure you could watch through Hello Live, but you came all the way to Korea just to see us, and I sincerely thank you for that. I would also like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the staff at Incheon Inspire Arena for providing this beautiful venue. Although it's a bit farther than Seoul, thank you so much for coming without any inconvenience or complaints. This time we’ve spent together is so precious to me. Today, you all sang passionately, and you looked at us with such loving eyes as we worked hard. Once again, I sincerely thank you. You sang "Voice of My Heart," right? I think the person who wrote this song would be touched. I’m deeply grateful that you sang it with such beautiful voices. This song was written by our brother, Jae-yoon. Whenever I listen to this song, I remember the difficult times when we were recording our first album. It brings back memories of how much we struggled, and I cried a lot when singing this song in the past. But today, as I listened to it, I found myself smiling. It feels like we started in Seoul, and I thought the tour would never end, but now, today, this final moment is here. Yesterday and today, these last moments made me feel so deeply connected to Korea. I kept thinking, "Please don’t make any mistakes; let’s do our best." But then one of my friends made a mistake, and I made one too yesterday. I was thinking about that, so I suggested we rehearse again, and Myungsoo said, "We have to do it because it’s been 15 years." This is one of those videos that makes your stomach drop and your blood start running hot at the same time. Lake Charles, Louisiana. September 14th. Eufy cameras rolling in a regular house on Anita Drive. A 48-year-old man named Marshal Huntsberry is laid up on the couch. Family says a hit-and-run years ago left him physically and mentally handicapped. He cannot walk. He cannot take care of himself. That is the entire job description of the man they hired. That man is 30-year-old Reginald Andre Wilson, working for Heaven on Earth Home Health. Watch the footage. He walks past the man on the couch. Goes to the kitchen/laundry area. Grabs the big jug. Pours it into a water bottle. Puts the jug back like he’s hiding the evidence. Shakes the bottle. Walks it over. Hands it to the guy who cannot get up and defend himself. Police say the victim drank it, tasted bleach, and called family. A relative confronted Wilson. Wilson admitted it. The agency got called, he got walked off the property, then Lake Charles PD picked him up and booked him into Calcasieu Parish on aggravated battery, cruelty to the infirm, and mingling of harmful substances. $70,000 bond. The family says Marshal is okay. Thank God. The agency put out the usual “we are deeply saddened… client safety is our number one priority… we removed the worker and took him to the ER” statement. Fine. Now let’s talk about what actually happened in that house. A grown man was paid to protect someone who cannot protect himself. Instead he treated him like a science experiment. That is not a “bad day at work.” That is evil wearing scrubs. And the only reason we are even having this conversation is because the family had cameras in their own home. Not the agency. The family. Those Eufy cameras did what a background check, a supervisor visit, and a company name that sounds like a hymn apparently could not do. If you have an elderly parent, a disabled sibling, or anyone in your house who depends on outside help, this is your reminder. Cameras are not paranoia.
