Total fake. That certainly is Jupiter but you can't simply zoom into an image of it with such clarity no matter what equipment you have here on the ground. Frankly, even the space-based observatories would have a hard time with that fine resolution of such a distant object.

Either the person that shot this footage owns a 1200mm+ aperture scope and lives on a mountain top, or it's a composite image that's manipulated to look like a live zoom.
