Listen I LOVED what I thought Garrett Wilson could be last year. I was super high on him. I’ve really cooled off from that — BUT I think he could be a ton better than he was last year. The film doesn’t lie. His big plays were realllly good, but there are 15 other targets like these that just make you scratch your head. I wouldn’t be shocked if he has more fun playing with Fields. He looked extremely disinterested all over the tape last year. This is why he wasn’t top 20 for me, he has top 15 talent, but there’s a gap he needs to close.

Jalen Hurts misses AJ Brown for what really would have been a game-changing play. Would have been 1stQ points, a big play in the passing game and a big play to AJ. The mood is probably completely different today if he throws it to him. Watching the replay AJ seems very open. Hurts seems to be looking. He has a super clean pocket. I think we can all agree Xavi Simons is an exciting talent, but I don’t think I realised just how one-footed (right) he is. I’ve hardly ever seen him use his left, hence the reason here he did the Rabona and lost possession rather than using his left foot and playing in Cuti. Having been a top rising teenage star at FC Barcelona's world-famous La Masia academy from a young age, joining at 11 and leaving the club for free in 2019 at age 16, I’m surprised they didn’t make him use his left foot more. His right foot is unbelievable; if he could use his left more, he could go to another level. Thoughts ? #COYS 🤍💙
