So any American politician or any other national can charge the writer with a crime if it's a lie? The crime occurred in Germany and they must practice that law to anyone who is committing it. @libsoftiktok I live in Germany, of course it's allowed to have an other opinion. Insults are not allowed. You don't have to insult anyone to express a different opinion. There are if, then arguments. It is also not allowed, e.g. to say somebody would be corrupt if there is no evidence for it.
