Life Inside China's “15 minute smart cities”, aka digital surveillance-police-state-prisons. Cameras and checkpoints are everywhere. Smartphones are checked by police, and even kitchen knife purchases are checked against ID cards and tracked with QR codes.

This is existence, not life. And a disgusting one at that.
