life is a video game

When I was a kid, I dreamed about having a car like this. I mean don’t we all? But I never thought it would happen in my lifetime, it was only a distant dream. Then you remove any materialistic goals and you begin to just work for the love of the game. You dedicate time, energy, and resources to your passions and suddenly magical things happen. I swear on my life, my priority for this whole moment was just being able to make a really cool video, which we f*cking did! I am so grateful for the opportunity and for how we executed everything. It all somehow just fell into place. Thank you so much for always watching our videos and supporting me along this journey. It's been a fun ride.

Man... I'm just happy that this video is finally out in the wild. The team and I have been working on it for over a month now. It's funny because everything that happened in 30 days is now condensed into 8 minutes, but now finally being able to reflect on it, it just shows you how powerful our minds are. I had been spamming "life is a video game" since the beginning of the year because that's how I saw life after these last 3 years being so close to the digital world. I wanted so bad to turn that idea into a video. My car lease was expiring in August, so I told my family, "how crazy would it be if I opened up one trade, documented it, and whatever we made, we would buy a car." It was just an thought. But once I opened up the trade on the 1st, we scripted the video, recorded along the way, posted everything on Twitter, made one trade our entire personality, and were finally able to press "post" today. Insane execution with even more miraculous luck layered on top. Hopefully this message can inspire a few people out there because man... do I remember needing some inspiration and motivation in the past when I was at rock bottom. Sometimes it seems like there is no shining light at the end of the path and all you see are tall ass trees in a thick ass forest. But just remember to keep walking, keep exploring, and keep enjoying the journey. Most importantly, always be grateful for today. The chance to breathe, have opportunities, and live is the greatest gift. Life is.

And if you feel motivated, ACT NOW. Motivation only feels fking good in the moment. Set up your plan and execute. Then be patient. Put in a consistent 365 days of work. Over and over and over again. Get better, stay self-aware, build confidence with reps. You can do anything.
