Wrapped up #Haiwaan a few days ago.. A film we shot in between all this fun and games. This was a set where you’re just having fun while doing what you love. And that really comes down to the people. Working with Priyadarshan sir was a lesson in clarity. A man who has directed 99 films, his experience brings so much calm and precision to set..it’s amazing to watch someone who knows exactly what he wants, every single day. Saif sir is just constant laughter between takes. Wicked sense of humour, stories that keep everyone entertained… and then the moment it’s “Action,” there’s a switch. Focused, effortless, completely in the zone. And finally Akshay Kumar sir! what a joy. His discipline, punctuality, and dedication to work is unmatched. I’ve never seen someone bring so much energy, fun and complete dedication to a set. Every day with him on set was a reminder of what professionalism really looks like. A Khiladi is born only when one puts in this kind of hard work! So much to learn from him! I’ve grown up watching all three of them, so being a small part of a film with them feels incredibly special. What made it even more special was that our last day of shoot was at St. Xavier’s a place where I learnt so much about life. Ending this journey there felt like life coming a full circle. A very special first Hindi film for our producers thespianfilms_ind satishfenn Shailaja D KVN Productions ,who’ve been rock solid! The list of wonderful actors on this film is very long.. but so happy to a part of this film along with Boman Irani Shriya Pilgaonkar Saurabh Jadhav Rajpal Naurang Yadav the incredible Asrani ji who was also with us on this journey Working with kind, passionate people really is the best part of filmmaking. Grateful for this journey ♥️

Ah the summer collection is complete!🤩 Kensington Palace released the Birthday video for Prince George, filmed this past Easter during their holiday in Cornwall. When you look at this compilation of all three birthday videos, for all 3 children, what we get is a vision of very energetic and adventurous children, who are comfortable outdoors, exploring their surrounding barefoot and surefooted😍 Indeed it is the steady confidence and familiarity in their barefoot steps, and their movements that prove that this is not a choreographed performance for the cameras. These children are raised to "love and enjoy Nature" and they are eager to do so, just like their parents do. Beyond "having fun", this wild exploration as a child is a very important part of childhood as it shapes the child to learn resilience and confidence in Life. I grew up roaming the neighborhood on my bike with my friends, we ran barefoot on beaches, climbed trees or at least tried to and got hurt...🤭 We explored, we laughed, we got hurt and we got bruises. But ultimately, all these experiences are very fond memories I look back upon with a smile; they taught me the very meaning of life: that the greatest success in Life is to enjoye it. A good life is not a life lived sheltered nor one lived in fear of getting hurt. A good life is one where we are encouraged to explore, to try new things and push boundaries. We will fall, we will get hurt and we will get bruises as Pain is part of Life. But ultimately, Time heals, we get back up and we continue exploring, learning, discovering🔥 This is exactly what Catherine and William are teaching their children by giving them a childhood filled with new adventures, under their parents watchful gaze: that Living life is exploring it; That Living comes with bruises and that is ok because, we learn through the bruises that life gives us along the way; each scar we bear whether physical or emotional, has its own story, its own meaningful life lesson❤️‍🩹 In time, We heal and our tears turn to smiles and even to laughter; we learn from those setbacks and painful experiences and we grow in confidence and resilience👌🏽☕️ 📹 Kensington Royal

I was in Poland on work for a week about 3 weeks ago. The factory i was visiting was a big machine shop and was in a village in the middle of nowhere. The factory was not located in a dedicated industrial area or anything like that. There were residences around too. They had uninterrupted 3-phase power and functional roads. Workers were from nearby villages and towns. Dear Narendra Modi sir, Ashwini Vaishnaw and Piyush Goyal If we have to industrialise, we need to liberalise land laws. Please enable SMEs with investment less than 10 crores and which dont harm the environment to buy land and setup factories in villages in whatever land they can get hold of. The biggest road blocks to do it are a plethora of permissions needed, land conversion laws and uninterrupted 3-phase power. We need 3-phase electrification all over the country as urgently as we need highways. Enabling industrialisation in villages will help keep the capital costs low and accelerate manufacturing entrepreneurship. It will help in equipping our youth with skills and jobs closer to home, it will help declog cities and improve the quality of life for millions. By the way, 👇 was the drive to work everyday there and this is very much possible in India too.
