Maybe it's because I'm AuDHD, but I plan my whole day around doing the laundry, and figure out how the shower will fit in, and decided that the clothes go on the floor where the laundry basket would be while it's in-use, and since I took a shower, that's the day I go to the store, and I have the list of things I need on my phone, because otherwise I will forget it all. There are multiple timers set, lists made, and the following day (or 3) I do nothing at all, because I used up all my energy orchestrating the previous day.
