Light turns green. Human drivers go, but FSD 14.3.10 doesn't budge because it sees the emergency vehicle. Moments later, it pulls over for another emergency vehicle with instant reaction time.

I strongly disagree with the behavior to slow and pull over for opposing traffic vehicles. It’s completely unnecessary. They have their entire lane and ICE drivers behind me don’t expect that behavior. @Tesla_AI @aelluswamy

2 years ago maybe less FSD couldn’t give a flying fudge about emergency vehicles. FSD grows daily.

stops for one emergency vehicle then instantly for the next. 14.3.10 getting sharper

I count 4 vehicles after the intersection that are stopped and pulled over for the Emergency vehicle in their sight line. The vehicles at the light would not see the Emergency vehicle approaching in the rear. Even a Tesla would not see it. Too bad there is no audio on Teslacam.

💯🫡🫶

That hesitation is a good example of why real-road edge cases matter. Tesla’s fleet data and AI training are difficult for incumbents to replicate, even as reliability still has to be earned case by case. The emergency-vehicle reaction here is encouraging—have you seen it generalize consistently?

I agree. I had that happen also but V14.3.10 still has freeway random lane changes, still doesn't care about school zones, and randomly selects the speed limit sign it wants to go with, the express lane, the freeway, or the frontage road.

I often wonder if the First Responders are noticing Telsa vehicles moving over for them? Or do they think we are an extremely polite bunch of people

@DirtyTesLa Very nice

👏👏👏👏

See if it follows the FL law of moving over for any stopped vehicle.

Nice. I've been really happy with this version so far.

14.1 Lite still needs work on this. It was approaching a stopped tow truck in the opposite lane and SUDDENLY lurched away from it toward a curb...

@DirtyTesLa At least it’s obeys the law 😊
